AGELESS, WILL NEVER BE JUST A DREAM

Our bodies will naturally age as years go by, this is an inevitable process, but through changes in diet and lifestyle, along with supplement intake, everlasting youth will never be just a dream. So let us take a look at factors that speed up aging.

AGING STARTS AT 25 YEARS OLD

Some people considered "anti-aging" as "looking younger than their actual age", while others considered being "healthy and strong" even though they are no longer young.

So, what can be considered as "aging"? and when do most people start to age?

Currently, "free radical theory" is the aging theory most concerned by medical industry, as free radicals generated from metabolism or other factors continue to attack cells and cause cell injury. Over time, cells failed to repair themselves, and this will affect organ and their function, which in turn lead to aging. Most people start to age around 25 years old, with obvious signs of aging at the age of 40.

CAUSE OF AGING

Staying Up Late

Blood circulation system performs at its best when w are asleep from 10:00pm to 2:00am. Lack of sleep will lead to disorders in various regulation activities of cells, which in turn accelerate aging.

Spicy Food

Spicy and fried food, tobacco, flavored processed food will not only become a heavy burden of our stomach, but also contain the culprit of aging-free radicals.

Over-Eating

Most of us believed that eating well is equivalent to having good nutrition, but over-eating and nutritional excess in the long term will not only fail to improve our health, but will accelerate aging.

Negative Emotion

Long-term negative emotions such as stress, tension, sadness, anxiety will have various pernicious effects on our bodies, such as reduced immunity, deterioration of glucose metabolism, obesity, worsening of high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, and so on. Hence, pressure will accelerate aging.

ANTI-AGING "AUSPICIOUS HERB" THAT PROMOTES LONGEVITY

Since ancient times, Chinese has been applying traditional medicine to delay aging, an effective measure with little side effects. With thousands of years of history, traditional Chinese medicine has long been documented for its anti-aging qualities. From ancient medical literatures "Shen Nong's Herbal Classic", "A Chinese Bestiary", "Chinese medicine literature "Compendium of Materia Medica" to "Kai Bao Materia Medica" from the Song Dynasty, all has documented a variety of anti-aging medicines, in which Polygonum multiflorum is the most commonly used hair-darkening and anti-aging medicine.

Polygonum multiflorum is well known in China as an anti-aging remedy, and is claimed to be the main ingredient in an effective elixir of longevity dedicated to Chinese emperors. Chinese medicine practitioners believed that Polygonum multiflorum helps strengthen kidney and liver failure, while promoting hematopoietic function and prolonging life, while long-term consumption can prevent muscles recession and slow down aging. It is reputable for nourishing "Yin", amd is regarded as the three treasures of Chinese medicine along with ginseng and Ganoderma lucidum.
